The three names behind HBM
A transformation became a method. A legacy gave it meaning.
Jessica built HBM Fit Lab from both lived experience and a desire to understand the science behind lasting change.
I’ve experienced fitness from both sides. I grew up athletic, but later found myself overweight and unhappy with where I was physically. I eventually found bodybuilding, and through that process I learned how much proper training, nutrition, consistency, and mindset can change not only your body, but your life.
Health, Body, and Mind
Knowledge changed Jessica’s life. Now she teaches it.
After her own transformation, Jessica became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach to understand why the process worked—not merely repeat it. Her coaching pairs bodybuilding-based strength training with realistic nutrition, daily activity, and regular progress reviews.
HBM also honors Hunter, Bella, and Minnie, Jessica’s three dogs who passed away. Their place in the name reflects how she coaches: with structure, patience, honest communication, and care for the life surrounding the goal.
“Training with me is structured, personalized, and educational. I want my clients to understand why we’re doing what we’re doing rather than simply following instructions. I’ll challenge you and hold you accountable, but I also understand that fitness has to work within your real life. The goal is to build habits, confidence, and results that you can maintain long after coaching ends.”— Jessica Opinion
